LONG TERM CARE

Deciding on the right nursing home for yourself or your loved one is never easy. We want you to know that you do not have to make this decision on your own. Should the need arise for long term placement, our trained Social Workers are  available to counsel, provide educational resources and discuss various placement options that will best benefit you or your loved one.

RESTORATIVE SERVICES

Individuals who are transitioning from skilled nursing services to long term care have access to our restorative program. This specialized program is designed especially for you under the supervision of a licensed nurse and trained assistants. We will help you with everything from maximum range of motion and ambulatory needs to adequate dining and a restorative personal hygiene plan.

Our friendly staff offer a warm, comfortable, home-like environment where residents receive personalized care and attention. We encourage and assist residents to remain as independent as possible, and we encourage family involvement in the care of their loved one. Our Activities department provides fun individual and group activities that encourage socialization and provides opportunity for individuals to develop significant friendships with peers.
